Overview of the role

Sales Executive Jobs:

To maximise the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on CSV (Comma separated values) and NPS (Net Promoter Scores) throughout the customer journey. To achieve sales targets with retained gross margins on units (new and Trade Promotion Optimization).

What you will do

Reach monthly unit sales goals by guiding customers through a planned “one offer” experience.

To preserve branch profitability, increase unit sales’ retained gross margins.

achieving monthly sales goals for the products of finance and insurance

To achieve 100% second facing for increasing revenue and Net Promoter Score/CSV potential, encourage successful referrals to Showroom Managers.

Reach the predetermined trade-in and dealer-installed accessory sales goals.

Manage leads to boost sales income (conversion rate for phone, web, and walk-in inquiries must be at 25%).

To ensure speed and accuracy in the FT Dashboard for sufficient referencing and follow-up, be sure to collect client data in Fastrack (test drive, Emirates ID, email address, etc.).

Participate in and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to achieve personal and professional success.

Trainings that are required and advised to keep current with systems and product knowledge

keeping up with competition marketing activity and existing brand initiatives

Improving financial literacy about potential client purchase alternatives

About the Team
