Description
We are searching for a competent, vibrant, and passionate male RECEPTIONIST who works effectively in a team environment and is proactive, efficient, and detail-oriented. A seasoned practitioner with extensive experience in the dental industry or someone who is eager to learn about it from native English speakers is the perfect applicant.
Responsibilities
Answer the phone and provide callers with information, take messages, or transfer calls to the proper parties.
control the buying and stocking of office supplies.
handling supplier interactions and handling quotes.
Keep calendars for scheduling and events.
Fill out forms in line with corporate policies.
Write, type, and disseminate reports, regular communication, and meeting minutes.
Welcome guests and calls, respond to their questions, and route them to the right people according on their requirements.
Find the relevant files for any incoming mail that needs responses, and attach them.
Send out advertising materials, newsletters, and other information.
Organize with the insurance division and offer English Hindi Basic and Accurate Language (Preferred)
