Responsibilities

- Build, lead and coach a team of high-performing Client Partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets in EMEA.
- Lead operational execution for sales performance, forecasting, strategic coaching and accurate pipeline.
- Work with marketing to assess various marketing campaign effectiveness to drive inbound and outbound leads
- Work with Product to provide relevant market feedback
- Create appropriate market segmentation, target account list and resource allocation
- Analyze all stages of sales pipeline, identify and coach to gaps
- Work with the partner and channel ecosystem and other cross functional teams to execute on joint KPIs and sales target
Qualifications

- 5+ years sales management/leadership role in SaaS and/or Hardware sales
- 4+ years in people management experience and proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- 4+ years experience in regional SaaS and hardware market
- Willingness to travel within region and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing sales teams with MEDPIC or other SaaS
- Experience with VR/AR/XR products and commercial
- Experience with enterprise software start-ups, and the business of innovations
- MBA or Masters Degree
- Experience working in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environments
- BA/BS degree
- Highly analytical, deep understanding of what it takes to drive lead qualification and win rates
