You will be a part of the concept creation, production, and post-production phases of our marketing campaigns as a member of our Content team and as the Lead of our Video Editing team. It entails collaborating internally with our editors, producers, videographers, graphic designers, and other departments, offering ideas, and gaining a grasp of the promotional/engaging content requirements of our partners and fans.
A Post Production Lead is now being sought by G2 Esports to join our team. The position is full-time and is situated in Berlin. The applicant will answer directly to our Head of Content.
Responsibilities
Graphic Designer Jobs in Germany
- Lead, mentor and develop our Post Production team
- Take on post-production activities related to strategic and operational management to support future content expansion and marketing innovations.
- Find creative methods to edit amusing content pieces in a range of forms.
- Improve the G2 video output’s quality, maintain a high standard, and use innovative post-production techniques to provide fresh results.
- Create engaging social media content, marketing campaigns, and competitions in collaboration with the whole content team and a larger marketing team. These initiatives will interact with and engage our online fan base.
- Participate in brainstorming meetings with our marketing team and project leads.
- Proven working experience in a lead or senior video editing role
Requirements
Graphic Designer Jobs in Germany
- Bachelor’s degree in film studies, photography, editing or related field
- Experience with applying special effects, working with motion graphics and 3D
- The ability to color grade including working with and the creation of LUTs
- Ability to consistently communicate with players, staff and management
- Esports and competitive gaming fan
- Native English
