Description
You will play a crucial part in the financial department and in offering executive support to the hotel’s management team as a female accountant/executive assistant. Your outstanding financial and organizational abilities will help both jobs run smoothly, increasing the effectiveness of our operations.
Qualification/Job requirement:
Bachelor degree in commerce/Finance/Account from a recognized university
Proven experience as an Accountant and/or Executive Assistant, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and administrative procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Financial Transactions: Using the hotel’s accounting software, record and manage all financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and expenditures.
Maintain accurate and current financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, through bookkeeping.
Bank Reconciliation: To maintain the quality and completeness of financial data, do routine bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis for management review with your help.
Budget Management: Assist the financial team in developing and maintaining the budget.
