We need a self-assured delivery driver to transport produced items to numerous clients in North Yorkshire. The chosen applicant will be required to sort, pack, load, and unload products from the provided vehicles and deliver them on time. They will also be required to have a clean driving record.
We need aid and support in a manufacturing setting to transport things, clean, and perform other general jobs as needed in between making deliveries, thus we are searching for someone with a “can do” mentality.
License for a forklift is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Delivery Driver Jobs in the United Kingdom
- To ensure meat is delivered, follow exacting standards, in a timely fashion, as agreed with the director.
- To conduct the smooth and efficient running of the route designated as appropriate.
- To assist the team with compiling client orders, checking all orders are completed before loading your van and delivering in a timely manner.
- Treat your colleagues as you would expect to be treated yourself.
- To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.
- To act as a positive ambassador for the fresh meat business.
- To attend to any reasonable request made by Mick Toner or Management.
- To assist the meat preparation manager as required, should there be time available at the end of your shift.
