Description
- Create and submit the budget estimates for the construction project.
- recruiting, hiring, and managing employees or volunteers
- Employing and managing the work of subcontractors
- Establish a plan, create milestones, and track the progress of the construction project.
- Create contracts and negotiate contract amendments, modifications, and additions.
- Develop and put into practise quality control rules and processes.
