Skills
Provide personalized beauty consultations, offering expert advice and building genuine connections with customers.
Share your passion for our products, educating customers on their unique benefits, and be able to demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques
Exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers, promoting products, and providing outstanding service.
Ensure our displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
Maintaining the counter/store quality and merchandising: maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store and merchandising and ensuring onshelf product availability
Responsible for acknowledging/recording all customer complaints and issues.
Report to the Retail Business Manager useful information about competition, clients or all other key events occurring at POS
