Assisting with data input, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, and helping with audits and fact-checking are all tasks that the accounts assistant may anticipate helping the accounting department with. You should have solid bookkeeping abilities and be meticulous, accurate, and honest.
Responsibilities
Accounts Assistant Jobs in Dubai UAE
– Classification of daily receivable transactions & deposit slips.
– Maintaining accurate and comprehensive record.
– Maintenance & reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
– Reconcile GL Accounts and ensure all account balances are adequately supported.–
– Preparation of financial reports and Payroll Processing
– Handling petty cash
Qualifications
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with finance regulations.
