Overview of the role
Store Manager Jobs in Kuwait
Through serving and selling in-store and through all digital channels, the Store Manager will guide the team in achieving the Retail Goals and establishing an environment that provides an amazing customer experience.
What you will do
SALES
Identifies opportunities to improve sales performance across key departments and executes the corresponding sales plan for the shop.
Maximizes stock accuracy & On-shelf Availability through the effective management of stock
Ensures accurate and timely implementation of corporate layout, phase change and events
SERVICE
Provides feedback to individuals that recognizes great service and drives improvement
Manages the delivery of the Customer Service Experience
Required skills to be successful
