A Senior Engineering Manager is being sought by Experis to head the Quality Engineering division of one of our clients. Industry-leading capabilities in digital rights management, compliance, data governance, leak protection, and data retention are offered by our client. The selected applicant will foster a test-driven culture in this position, assuring on-time product delivery and the highest levels of both internal and external productivity. In order to play the role of an individual contributor and simultaneously define and drive the strategy and operations that are in line with the overall quality agenda, our client is looking for an experienced individual who possesses both deep and broad technical knowledge and quality skills as they continue to grow.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Senior Supplier Quality Engineer Job in Ireland
- Strategic, operational, and tactical leadership with a track record of customer focused delivery.
- Extensive functional quality engineering expertise in managing large scale, highly critical software system.
- Experience across broad range of technologies including OO languages, scripting languages, Web development, Linux, and Windows.
- Experience developing with DevOps capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ Years of work experience managing teams, including remote teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software testing process, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in driving Test Automation Strategies from inception to completion.
- Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written.
