Description
Support the store’s commercial objectives (Vitality Calendar) by effectively planning and implementing specific marketing initiatives within the store’s primary marketing area (PMA), in collaboration with the marketing team – SO, as well as developing and implementing any local marketing initiatives to support bringing customers into the store and encouraging them to return.
A team member in management and commerce.
Owner of the IKEA FAMILY programme, which includes the family department, with assistance from Sales, Comm-In, and Logistics to encourage enrollment and guarantee customer loyalty. Assist with local or national initiatives to serve as the primary point of contact for in-store surveys and research.
