Maintenance Supervisor Jobs in Washington D.C. US
City Vista, a sizable multi-use residential/commercial development, is looking for one dependable, meticulous, experienced maintenance supervisor. This is a full-time, on-site role with on-call responsibilities. The supervisor will be in charge of a wide range of tasks, including upkeep, installations, inspections, and equipment repairs. They will also be in charge of supervising any contractors required for projects, attending meetings, dealing with questions and/or problems that arise, and being on hand to help with emergency calls at the property. Must be knowledgeable with company guidelines for building operations as well as local and federal building and fire rules.
Must be able to multitask and have strong communication skills. a working driver’s licence and dependable transportation are required.
Ability

Experience with fire suppression and fire alarm systems a plus.
