SUMMARY
Graphics Designer Jobs in NATO Belgium
The Executive administration (EM) Division of NATO’s International Staff (IS) is in charge of overseeing all aspects of NATO Headquarters’ administration. The Information Communications and Technology Management Directorate within EM archives information and knowledge management for the North Atlantic Council (NAC), its Committees, and the IS. It also offers assistance and services in the fields of information communication and technology management. The main information and records management function at NATO Headquarters is called Archives and Information Management (AIM).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The current employee needs to:
hold a post-secondary degree in graphic design with three years of post-related experience in PAO, OR possess a higher secondary education certification and six years of post-related experience in PAO (computer assisted publication);
Proficiency in using Apple Macintosh computers and graphics applications, including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Ability to mentor and counsel users until they achieve a final result;
Have at least a minimal proficiency in the English and French official languages of NATO: III (“Intermediate”) in one, and V (“Advanced”) in the other.
DESIRABLE
The following would be considered an advantage:
- Experience in web design;
- Experience in modern design technologies, including 3D printing.
