La Cianella is a relais / farmhouse a stone’s throw from the medieval village of Scarlino, in the Tuscan Maremma; It consists of 12 rooms, 1 suite and 1 apartment, accommodations suitable for hosting a target of medium-high level guests, of Italian and foreign origin.
Consistent with its positioning, the structure takes particular care of the external furnishings and decoration and is looking for a dynamic and competent person for the maintenance and care of the garden, the vegetable patch and the agricultural business linked to the production of oil of extra virgin olives.
Responsibilities

Garden maintenance: pruning and watering plants and flowers, cutting the grass, controlling weeds and making sure the garden is always tidy and well cared for.
Agricultural work: management of the tractor for the care of the olive grove, support for pruning and olive harvesting activities, and other seasonal agricultural activities.
Garden management.
General maintenance of green areas: cleaning and maintenance of the external areas of the farmhouse: swimming pool, pedestrian paths, car parks, etc.
Requirements

- Previous experience of at least 2 seasons in gardening and agriculture.
- Practical knowledge and maintenance skills of the main agricultural tools: brush cutter, chainsaw, lawnmower, blower etc.
- Flexibility and availability to work in variable climatic conditions and during the olive harvest season.
- Ability to drive and operate a tractor, preferably tracked
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Residence in neighboring areas (north Grosseto province)
- Self-contained
- In compliance with social security/welfare and accident prevention regulations
- Basic knowledge of the Italian language
- Minimum level of education: middle school diploma
- Preferential elements – maintenance facility premises, practical knowledge of pruning tools and techniques, ability to welcome customers in case of need.
