Job Summary
Our award-winning team is now looking for a superb Deputy Construction Manager to work on our project in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Success in this diversified job will depend on, among other things:
showcasing in-depth expertise and experience in the implementation of civil, infrastructure, construction, landscaping, and irrigation works with a value greater than 4 billion SAR.
the capacity to consult with appropriate authorities and make senior-level project decisions.
familiarity with project network techniques, quality assurance, quantity surveying, and general contract conditions (Primavera P3).
Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P3 proficiency.
Excellent English writing and communication skills, as well as time management and leadership abilities.
demonstrated capacity to draught guidelines, requirements, reports, and cost estimates.
Qualifications
