Role & Responsibilities
• The supervisor will be on call from 3 a.m. to 10 a.m. every day to meet deliveries, supervise and help with round packing, and keep an eye on drivers to make sure every round is picked up and delivered on time each day.
• If the area manager so requests, the supervisor will help fill in for any open rounds.
Supervisors may be required to go out during the day to assist with the completion of rounds or re-deliveries for which they can earn extra money. Supervisors work with the area manager to monitor the performance of rounds throughout the day and communicate with the customer contact Centre to resolve any issues that may arise.
