Following proper training and a competency evaluation, the postholder will work with a specific caseload of children, young people, and their families with little supervision.

The position will continue to grow, and the holder will plan, carry out, and assess services related to the speciality. They will make it easier to deliver a seamless service and encourage people to receive high-quality treatment.

Clinical practice, management, instruction, research, auditing, and other professional activities shall be used in a multidisciplinary manner to accomplish this.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years post registration experience within an acute paediatric setting
• Experience of working within a clinical haematology setting
