AlKifah Holding is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee services, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and compliance activities. What You’ll Do
HR Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider HR team across a range of people-related initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Manage updates within HR databases and process requests through the Al Kifah Portal.
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, employee certificates, and other official documentation.
- Coordinate annual leave, sick leave, and other employee leave requests.
Recruitment and Onboarding
HR Officer jobs in Saudi Arabia
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support the onboarding and mobilization process for new team members.
- Ensure all required documentation and system updates are completed efficiently and accurately.
Employee Support and Compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers seeking guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to senior HR personnel when necessary.
- Help ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal policies.
- Stay informed about HR best practices and employment legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports covering leave balances, employee turnover, resignations, terminations, and exit interview insights.
- Create professional reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
Government Platforms and HR Systems
HR Officer jobs in Saudi Arabia
- Handle employee-related transactions through GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Ministry of Labor platforms.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with government requirements and deadlines.
- Support ongoing improvements to HR processes and data accuracy.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to special HR projects and perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Officer position or a similar HR administration or operations role.
Skills and Qualifications
