Description
Three methods are used by the Program Advocacy and Communication Team (PAC) team to achieve this goal: To maximise the benefits of the assistance system and funding sources, we must ensure that our problems are supported and championed by important stakeholders. Achieving our common objectives through advancing policies that support our programme plan goals and collaborating with important institutions.
Your Role
In order to further the team’s overall objectives, the programme assistant offers dynamic administrative assistance to a number of colleagues at the Deputy Director and Senior Program Officer levels. Consistently exercising sound judgement, exercising a high level of critical and proactive thought and action, taking responsibility for the tasks given to them, being a team player, resourceful, acting with integrity, having a sense of humor, and being adaptable to frequent changes in priorities are just a few examples.
