Senior Receptionist Hotel Job in Dublin, Ireland: The main goal of the position is to make sure the front office runs smoothly and effectively.
Front desk supervisor, assistant general manager, and general manager are accountable to.
Important Communications: Switchboard, Reception, and Reservations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Senior Receptionist Hotel Job in Dublin, Ireland
• Uphold operational standards at the front desk.
• To function well in Opera System
• To help with reservation management
• To be informed of the status of every arrival, including groups and excursions, as well as the company that is in the system.
• To identify VIP and returning visitors and to make sure that every receptionist is familiar with them. This rule applies to both overnight visitors and recent immigrants.
• To identify sales leads and collaborate closely with the sales department and the reception manager.
• To be aware of external issues that might have an impact on company.
• To keep an eye on supply and make sure the yield management programme is in place.
• To ensure that reception and bookings staff are informed of any new promotions and to be fully knowledgeable about the hotel’s special pricing and packages.
• To do hotel show rounds as necessary.
• To inform personnel of the budget goals and inspire them to achieve them.
• To aid the Finance division in resolving any issues or questions pertaining to guests.
