To oversee construction on our project in Doha, Qatar, we are now hiring a construction manager. You will make sure that contractors abide by all applicable Lusail and Qatari construction, fire, safety, handicap, and environmental laws. Examines the safety facets of ongoing projects; urges contractors to follow all applicable safety laws and regulations. Examines work logs and information related to construction management activities. oversees, if necessary, the creation of periodic and special reports. Review progress, performance, and completion of reports, purchase requests, requisitions, and reports of claims linked to the discipline. Accuracy of reports of contract work and other assigned activities is also reviewed.
Make that the project is completed safely, on schedule, within the allotted budget, and in accordance with all relevant standards, specifications, and legal requirements. Participate in evaluating and approving the design and job specifications to choose the best construction techniques, assess the cost-effectiveness of the plans, and interpret the design and use of the chosen techniques.
Controls and monitors all agreements made with contractors to make sure that the work is being done in compliance with the terms of the contract, the specifications, and the drawings, and that change orders and claims are handled promptly. Follow up with contractors to ensure that NCRs for linked disciplines are properly closed by assessing offered solutions and seeing their implementation on the job site.
Requirements

- Required Qualification: BSc/BEng in civil or Architecture engineering;
- Required Experience: 12+ years overall postgraduate experience , a minimum of 3 years in the GCC, with the last 6 years as a Construction Manager with the following:
